We offer digital guides and tutorials related to tax exemption procedures for various regions. These materials are delivered electronically upon purchase.
3.3 Physical Goods
We may supply printed materials, kits, or branded merchandise associated with our services. Such items are shipped to your provided address.
4. Payment
Payments are processed via the methods displayed at checkout. Full settlement is required to initiate any service, delivery of digital materials, or shipment of goods.
5. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
5.1 Tax Free Processing Service
Requests for a refund must be submitted before we begin document review. If you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, we will issue a full refund. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days. If you wish to reschedule, you may transfer your booking to another available date at least 24 hours before the original time slot. Changes made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled subject to a standard service fee.
5.2 Information Products
Digital materials are delivered immediately after purchase and are non-refundable once access details are provided. This policy is due to the irreversible nature of electronic distribution. If you encounter technical issues accessing the materials, please contact us and we will supply replacement files or troubleshooting support.
5.3 Physical Goods
Physical items may be sent back within 14 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition. To initiate a send-back, please contact us and follow the provided instructions. Once we confirm the item’s condition, a refund of the product price, less any shipping fees, will be issued within 14 days of receiving the item. You are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
